14th BSOS Congress took place in Odessa, Ukraine, in association with Filatov Memorial Lectures 2016 meeting on 19-20 May 2016. The 15th Congress of the BSOS will be held in Plovdiv, Bulgaria in May 2017. Dates and venue will be announced of this web site and Facebook.
